About sixty-eight years ago, legendary film director Rithik Ghatak made a heart-touching film on the story of Subodh Ghosh – “Ojantrik”. It was rotated with the life of a lonely, hopeless driver. No matter how lonely a man can be , company is essential for living . Ultimately the protagonist chose his old car as his company. In the midst of the then newly independent country’s industrial revolution, drivers were busy amplifying the business with new imported shawl cars. Our hero was not like that. He took care of his old Ford car and stepped up to compete with new and powerful engines. That apparently ‘dead’ car had become his best friend.
In this 21st Century of brick-cement-iron-concrete, Driver like Subodh is a rare species. However, it is not possible to deny that there is a sweetness between every drivers and the cars
But technology is a matter of great ruthlessness. whereas humans are becoming more mechanical with the rising uses of machines, friendship with machines is questionable. On the other hand can’t it also be said that we are ultimately going to be a more mechanic race than a human one?
These hypothetical talks will raise nothing but confusion, so lets forget that for now and concentrate on VTS
In western countries, when VTS was being used the first time, it did not get an worm welcome from the drivers. Most of them could not accept it because they thought it was a threat to their independence. But they did not take much time to understand their mistakes. They quickly discovered the good aspects of VTS and gracefully removed the enemy tag from it.
VTS is not only to prevent vehicle theft or tracking , it can give you a pretty good report of how the car is being driven .
This technology is developing very well in Bangladesh nowadays. In regards of features, and user experience, many are keeping Prohori vehicle tracking device ahead in the race.
A little extra alert and attention will certainly not compose a great love narrative. People like Ritwik Ghatake will not make movies . Subodh Ghosh are more imaginary than real. But even if the love for the device is considered as a metaphor, there is no doubt that it will create a good example for this wood-hardened citizen’s life.
